What a spot-on spot! Right close to all the sights and train station, the room was pure comfort and the minibar was a real treat. Staff was beyond welcoming, with fab tips from the night manager Fabrizio for roaming around. Only tiny bummer was the occasional whiff in the bathroom, but didn't dampen the overall awesome vibes of the place! 🌟

The hotel had two great features: complimentary soft drinks and water in the minibar and fresh squeezed orange juice at breakfast. the location was very convenient, just a short walk from the main train station. Another advantage was the helpful and friendly staff.

Although my overall experience was positive, I noticed some hair on the new towels that were provided. This was a bit off-putting and could have been improved.

Plus, the gym had everything I needed. the best part was the beautiful private terrace overlooking the city. Such a great spot to relax with a drink and take in the view. Definitely a wonderful Christmas experience!

Valentina went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, even offering us tea and pastries upon our early arrival. She provided great recommendations and took the time to chat with us. The entire staff, including Lorenzo, was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We look forward to returning.

The hotel location was perfect - close to the train station and the city center attractions. The room was clean, bright, and spacious with comfortable beds and pillows. The reception staff was friendly and accommodating. The hotel went the extra mile by calling before arrival to inquire about any special requests and ensuring that our group had identical quality rooms. On the last day, they even arranged a taxi to the airport. The pleasant smell and welcoming receptionist added to the overall positive experience. Breakfast was also good.

The staff, especially Jessica and Elvis, were amazing and made me feel very welcome. Even after check-out, they made it easy for me to rest in the hotel during the heatwave in Italy. Would definitely stay here again!
